- 1. Detailed installation instructions plans and K2's installation video's provided for all upvc porches
- 2. Pvc porches available in White, Rosewood, Oak, Rosewood / White, Light Oak / White
- 3. All upvc porch panels and doors are factory pre-glazed (no need for de-glazing or glazing)
- 4. 25mm or 35mm polycarbonate available in Opal, Bronze, Clear.
- 5. 24mm glass roof options in clear , Low E and Activ glass
- 6. Internally beaded 70mm new sculptured profile
- 7. 28mm toughened safety glass to BS 6206A and sealed units to BS EN 1279
- 8. Range of upvc porch panel styles available and optional extras such as decorative glass designs and obscure privacy glass (transoms available for all panels)
- 9. Pvc porch top opening windows and side opening windows available
- 10. Opening windows have espagnolette locking with shootbolts
- 11. Single and double doors have flag hinges plus intermediates and shootbolt locking
- 12. 10 year direct K2 guarantee on all upvc porch models

Glass or Polycarbonate Roof?
Our K2 roof is available with 25mm or 35mm polycarbonate in bronze, opal, clear, opal and bronze or heatguard. 24mm double glazed options are Celsius Clear, Celsius 1 and Celsius Elite. Alternatives are Pilkington K and Pilkington Activ double glazed units.
Low E Glazing Options
