DCS6000 Orangery roof
DCS600 Spaceframe orangery roof is a fully welded lightweight aluminium spaceframe structure designed specifically for Orangery flat roofs and lantern combinations. A special aluminium L shaped section for parapet wall options allows brickwork to be laid directly onto the spaceframe negating the need for lintels and RSJs making it easy to install. A deep facia type option with gutter is also available. Our standard internal soffit size is 600mm x 350mm, however these internal soffit sizes can be adjusted to suit up to 950mm as standard, allowing for more flat roof and less lantern for instance if you require better U values.

The orangery kit is designed to help the installer. It’s incredibly lightweight, easy to install and complies with building regulation U-values. There are no aluminium or timber components in the build. The Roof system is built from four simple ladder kits made from aluminium space frames.
DCS6000 Roof Features

- Regs compliant insulation layer – Insulation is incorporated into the roof construction and at 125mm thick it creates a 'warm roof' construction complying with building regulation insulation requirements.

- Bespoke design and sizing – Flat roof area and lantern sizes are adjustable to suit your requirements.
- Save money on calcs – Generic structural calculations are available free for most roof sizes removing the guesswork often with other roof systems and reducing design costs substantialy.
- Colour and woodgrains no problem – Powder coated aluminium or upvc Lantern options in a vast colour range and choice of double glazing low E options.
